Liberty is pleased to announced they have won the award for Top in Customer Engagement at the the first ever Leasing World Customer Service and Operational Excellence Awards at the stunning Sky Garden in London.
These new awards have been formed to recognise direct and broker funders who can demonstrate undertaking day to day operations with customers and their intermediaries at the heart of their business. In particular the Top in Customer Engagement was awarded to:
