During his 3 years away, Lewis gained valuable insights and expanded his professional network, we eagerly anticipate the positive impact he will have on our sales strategies and overall business success.

Lewis embarked on his journey with Liberty Leasing nearly two decades ago, witnessing the company’s evolution from its nascent stages to the established entity it is today. As a Trainee Account Manager, he navigated the company’s growth, experiencing its highs and lows, and gaining a profound understanding of our organisation, the industry landscape, and our extensive broker network. His comprehensive view of various departments within the company provided him with invaluable insights, enabling him to forge enduring relationships with colleagues and customers alike. Lewis’s return signifies not only a homecoming but also the resurgence of a leader who embodies our core values and vision. We are thrilled to welcome him back into the fold, confident in the wealth of experience and wisdom he brings to further shape our success.
Mentoring the Next Generation of Business Development
In his new capacity, Lewis will play a key role in honing the skills of our junior Business Development team. He will actively engage in developing their soft skills, providing hands-on support as they navigate the complexities of broker meetings and negotiations. Lewis’s mentorship will extend beyond the office and into the field, where he will accompany our team, offering real-time guidance and fostering their confidence and capability in writing and delivering deals.
