Liberty Leasing are proud recipients of the Leasing World Award for “UK Independent Lessor of the Year”
Managing Director, Allan Clegg was presented with the award by Lord Mitchell at the Gala Awards Dinner held on 2nd October 2013 at the prestigious One Whitehall Place in London’s Westminster.
A record 200-strong guests assembled for Leasing World’s UK Awards Dinner, “The heart of the UK leasing industry,” was how one guest referred to it, and pretty much everyone had a great time. From the effervescent pre-dinner reception, the evening progressed through a charity Heads and Tails game (winner Joanne Davis of DWF LLP), a 13-prize charity raffle, together raising £3,500 (before Giftaid tax relief!). Lord Mitchell sprinted faster than Usain Bolt could to get through the 20 Awards winners, and a large part of the gathering finished off the evening in the jam-packed wine vaults after-dinner party.
Over the last 12 years Liberty have received a number of nominations for awards from various industry bodies, including Leasing World and the NACFB, but this is our first WIN! The awards category is also significant as Liberty is proud to be independent from any of the major banks and financial institutions, in fact, we believe it is one of our keys to success.
